
Below are a list of services we offer here at The Safe Haven Practice. Face to face appointments are held at our clinic space in Odiham, Hampshire.
Initial Consultation
Adult and Child Consultation Call
We offer a consultation service which involves a short questionnaire sent via email and a 15 minute screening call. This will help us determine if the treatment we offer is best suited and a potential treatment plan. If we feel our service is not best suited, we will signpost to alternative services.

Adult Appointments
Online and In-person Adult CBT and EMDR 50-minute Assessment
During your first assessment appointment we will explore your main difficulties and goals for the future. By the end of the appointment you will have a clear idea of your diagnosis and treatment options.

Online and In-person Adult CBT and EMDR 50-minute Treatment Appointment
We offer CBT and EMDR sessions to address any mental health difficulties you may be experiencing. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to you and your difficulties. Treatment length varies but on average will be between 12 and 20 sessions.

Online and In-person Adult CBT and EMDR 80-minute Treatment Appointment
We offer longer length sessions during treatment to improve efficacy. This is generally recommended when working and processing trauma. If this is recommended, your therapist will discuss with you whether this is suitable for your treatment.

Online and In-person Adult CBT and EMDR Intensive Treatment
We offer intensive treatment for certain difficulties whereby we can spend half a day to a whole day conducting sessions. Intensive treatment can also be conducted on multiple days of the same week. Generally intensive treatment can be helpful for trauma related difficulties. The benefits of intensive treatment include; it can shorten the total length of treatment, progress tends to be quicker and it can help clients who struggle with motivation between appointments. Child CBT Appointments
Online Child and In-person CBT 90-minute Assessment Appointment and Report
Your therapist will conduct a CBT assessment identifying any mental health difficulties your child may be experiencing. The first hour will be attended by your child either on their own or accompanied by a guardian. Then the last 30 minutes will be attended by guardians only. A report will be produced following the assessment detailing the diagnosis and recommended treatment plan which can be shared with other professionals and family. We only offer CBT assessment appointments to children aged over 12 years old.

Online and In-person Child CBT 50-minute Treatment Appointment
We offer CBT sessions to address any mental health difficulties your child may be experiencing. The CBT will be tailored to suit your child’s needs and level of development to ensure it is effective. We only offer CBT appointments to children aged over 12 years old.

Adult ADHD Appointments
Adult ADHD Assessment Appointment and Report
We will conduct a thorough assessment involving yourself and a close loved one to gather information to make an informed diagnosis. Following the assessment, you will receive a report which can be shared with other professionals to support psychological and/or pharmacological treatment.
Length: 2 hours
Fee: £900
Online Adult ADHD CBT 50-minute Treatment Appointment
We will use CBT strategies proven to address any difficulties that are as a result of your ADHD to lessen the impact on your life.
Fee: £110
Face to Face Adult ADHD CBT 50-minute Treatment Appointment
We will use CBT strategies proven to address any difficulties that are as a result of your ADHD to lessen the impact on your life.
Fee: £125
