How much does it cost?

How do I refer myself or my child?

How are sessions conducted?

Our sessions are either conducted online via video call or at our purpose built therapy space in Odiham, North Hampshire.

Do you offer a block booking discount?

Yes we do, we offer a discount of 10% when 6 sessions are paid for upfront. Please note that these sessions have to be taken within 8 weeks.

Why are fees higher for children?

We charge a higher fee for children sessions as they require specialist training and supervision to ensure effectiveness. And we require time outside of the sessions to liaise with care givers, schools and other professionals (with your consent) to support your child’s care.

Do you work with insurers?

We are open to working with private insurance providers to ease the financial cost on our clients. Please let us know when contacting us which insurance provider you are with and we can see what they offer under their cover.

How do I pay?

We currently accept payment by credit/debit card or BACS transfer. You will be sent an invoice with a request to pay before the session. Note, for assessments and treatment sessions, we do ask for payment at least 5 days before the appointment, to secure your slot.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you have to cancel or change an appointment.

We will not charge you for cancelling appointments unless you provide us with less than 48 hours’ notice (excluding weekends). This will then mean we will bill you for the full rate. Whilst we really dislike doing this, we are unable to offer an appointment to anyone else with such short notice, and the hour goes unfilled.
