I am a qualified and accredited CBT and EMDR psychotherapist, and psychological researcher with over 8 years clinical experience. I have worked as a research therapist on a randomised control trial for a novel treatment for Complex PTSD. I continue to work with a national veterans charity as a senior psychological therapist exclusively treating difficulties related to multiple and prolonged trauma.
I specialize in working with individuals with difficulties relating to trauma and adverse life events such as PTSD, C-PTSD, and low self-esteem, as well as supporting those with neurodivergence such as ADHD and Autism.
When working with clients I like to take the time to listen and truly understand their difficulties and what they are wanting to achieve from their sessions. After this, we then take a collaborative and flexible approach whereby we look at working together to come to solutions on how to tackle their difficulties in the most effective way possible. My motto for therapy is that the therapist brings their expertise on how to treat difficulties, where as the client brings their expertise of their lived experience on what works best for them- everyone is different. It is important to note, I take a neuro-affirming approach with my neurodivergent clients to ensure we aim towards living an authentic life.
In my personal time, I like to go horse riding, take the dog out for a walk in the woods and eating out at restaurants. I also love spending time with my friends and family whilst exploring new places.

I am a qualified and accredited clinical psychologist with over 9 years clinical experience. I have extensive experience in the NHS working with a diverse range of difficulties, including PTSD, OCD, anxiety, and depression. I have experience of working with refugees, with complex trauma backgrounds and in doing so have worked with translators and interpreters. I have also worked with neurodivergent children across Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services. More recently, I have worked with military veterans experiencing PTSD and trauma-related difficulties.
I aim to be person-centred in my approach through meeting the client where they are at in their recovery journey. I realise seeking help is not easy and can often feel daunting in the beginning. I endeavour to provide a safe and comfortable environment during sessions to allow clients to address their difficulties in their own time. I draw upon many different approaches in sessions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), as well as Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET) for trauma-focused care. I also use third-wave modalities such as Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to meet the unique needs of each individual.
Outside of sessions, I enjoy exploring new places with my son like visiting galleries, museums, food markets and travelling around the world.
